Perfect from the start. We arrived at the garage and without being jumped on by salesmen we had a look at the cars available. We had already seen one on autotrader which we fancied. A very friendly chap called Jacob was on hand to help us when we needed. Needless to say we bought the car and everything went smoothly. A very pleasant experience indeed. We will definitely call by in the future.

My Mam wanted a new car, so part of that involved selling her current one. Rubber Duck offered more than trade in by a good margin, easy to arrange things on the phone. The lads came round to appraise the car, professional and she felt at ease. Left a deposit and came to collect when they said with no complications and payment received quickly. When the time comes to change mine I will absolutely be giving Rubber Duck Cars a look.

Sold my 2010 automatic Polo vw today to this company. Not only were they kind and curteous, they were extremely fair. I wasn’t pushed, bullied or lied to and as a woman that is huge. I was given a fair price for my car in which I was happy with. I would definitely recommend this company 100%. 5 stars all the way.

Couldn’t fault this company at all. From the first correspondence sent it was seamless, excellent communication throughout and unlike a couple of other companies they don’t try and knock silly money off for minor stone chips. I would highly recommend giving these a go when selling your car.

After entering my car details for a valuation, I had a quick response by Paul, I took my car to the sales room where I received very friendly and efficient customer care from Chris. Price agreed, and the money was in my account before I left. I would highly recommend them. 5 star

I received an online price for my car from Peter. I took it along for them to check over and was given a firm price, more than offered by other car buyers. James came to my house on the day as arranged and money was paid immediately into my bank account. It was a pleasure dealing with this company.

Couldn’t be happier, bought my car at a great price for the standard of the vehicle. I cannot commend the staff at the in house repair shop enough either, have had a couple of mechanical issues since purchasing and they booked me in within a couple of days both times and sorted the problem same day. They also valeted the car while completing the repair which was a pleasant surprise.
